Abstract: PURPOSE: A wet shotcrete premix composition of high performance is provided to ensure excellent strength and rapid forming ability. CONSTITUTION: A shotcrete premix composition of high performance contains cement and 440-460kg/m^3 of silica fume, 9-12 weight parts of silica fume, and 0.1-0.3 weight parts of synthetic fiber. The water-binder ratio is 41-43.5. The maximum value of the thick aggregate is 10mm. A method for reinforcing and repairing wet shotcrete comprises: a step of examining deterioration part and selecting an object to be repaired and reinforced; a step of removing the deterioration part by hydrodemolition; a step of producing the premix composition; and a step of finishing installed surface.

Abstract: A repair method for a joint of a road pavement is provided to obtain a pavement slab having long-term strength and durability by having excellent adhesive strength with the existing pavement. A repair method for a joint of a road pavement comprises the steps of: setting up the cutting width on two sides of a damaged joint; setting up the cutting thickness on the lower part of the damaged joint; crushing a road pavement according to the set cutting width and cutting thickness; cutting the crushed road pavement by spraying high pressure water using a high pressure water sprinkler(100) having a spray nozzle; cleaning the cutting surface by the high pressure water; placing concrete on the cleaned surface; and finishing the surface of the concrete to make the surface of the concrete level with the existing pavement.

Abstract: An apparatus for measuring autogenous shrinkage of concrete is provided to measure the autogenous shrinkage by the variation of the probe of a measuring instrument, resulting in deeper analysis of the concrete characteristic. An apparatus for measuring autogenous shrinkage of concrete includes a prop(100), a concrete container(200), a shrinkage measuring instrument(300), and a measuring assistant member. The concrete container is installed on the prop, and has a hole on the upper part and measuring instrument insertion holes(210) on the sidewall. The shrinkage measuring instrument is installed on the prop, and has a probe(310) contacted with the concrete in the concrete container through the measuring instrument insertion hole. The shrinkage measuring instrument measures autogenous shrinkage of concrete by the variation of the probe. A part of the measuring assistant member is buried in the concrete and the other part is exposed through the measuring instrument insertion hole to be in contact with the shrinkage measuring instrument.

Abstract: A concrete composition for pavement repairing is provided to show excellent resistance to sulfate while reducing hydration heat and permeability and to suppress an alkali aggregate reaction. A concrete composition for pavement repairing comprises: 17-19wt% of binder containing 85-90wt% of ultra-rapid hardening cement and 10-15wt% of ultra-fine fly ash; and 5-15wt% of calcium hydroxide on a basis of the ultra-fine fly ash. A ratio of water to cement is 44-48% by weight. The content of fine aggregate is 32-37wt%. The content of coarse aggregate is 36-41wt%. The maximum size of the coarse aggregate is 19mm. The concrete composition for pavement repairing additionally contains 0.3-0.5wt% of multifunctional air-entaining agent and 0.2-0.5wt% of retarding agent on a basis of the binder.

Abstract: A shrinkage measurement apparatus for a concrete specimen is provided to measure shrinkage of a pure concrete and to facilitate use thereof. A shrinkage measurement apparatus for a concrete specimen(1) includes a supporting unit(10), a slant forming unit(100), a propping unit(20), a measuring instrument mounting unit(30), and a shrinkage measuring instrument(40). The supporting unit supports the concrete specimen upward. The slant forming unit is formed in the upper part of the supporting unit so that the concrete specimen is mounted at a predetermined slant. The propping unit prevents separation due to sliding of the concrete specimen, which is formed on the end of a down slant side of the concrete specimen. The measuring instrument mounting unit is formed in the opposite side of the propping unit about the concrete specimen. The shrinkage measuring instrument measures the shrinkage of the concrete specimen, which is installed in the measuring instrument mounting unit.
