PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a colored plastic is provided to have excellent dyeing affinity, dyeing stability, antibiotic and antioxidant activity, and environmental-friendly performance. CONSTITUTION: A colored plastic contain a natural pigment which is antibiotic and antioxidant and is extracted from sorghum byproducts. The natural pigment is at least one selected from luteolinidin, apigeninidin, luteolin, apigenin, ferulic acid, and coumaric acid. The plastic is cellulose acetate resin. The sorghum byproduct is leaves or stems of sorghum or a mixture thereof. The sorghum is scutellariae sorghum, milo sorghum, or a mixture thereof.

PURPOSE: A method of selecting a breed that is resistive to a rice stripe disease is provided to efficiently separate a breed that is resistive and sensitive with respect to the rice stripe disease by using a marker, which is closely related with a location of a rice stripe disease-resistant gene.
