Abstract: 활성탄재순환식가스화장치가개시된다. 본발명의일 실시예에따르면, 내부에유동매체가충진되고, 외부로부터원료를제공받아유동층가스화반응이일어나는가스화반응기; 상기가스화반응기의상부에배치되며, 상기가스화반응기에서합성가스와함께배출되는타르를흡착하는활성탄이저장된고정층반응기; 상기고정층반응기에서배출된타르흡착활성탄을일시저장하도록상기고정층반응기의일측에연결되는활성탄제1호퍼; 상기활성탄제1호퍼에저장된타르흡착활성탄에서타르를제거하는타르제거수단; 상기활성탄제1호퍼와연결되어타르가제거된재생활성탄을다른장소로이송시키는활성탄수송수단; 상기활성탄수송수단에의해상기재생활성탄을공급받아저장하는활성탄제2호퍼; 및상기활성탄제2호퍼와상기고정층반응기를서로연결하여상기재생활성탄을상기고정층반응기에투입하는활성탄투입수단을포함하는활성탄재순환식가스화장치가제공될수 있다.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for collecting sulfur from a synthetic gas. The method comprises the steps of performing desulfurization by which the synthetic gas including sulfur components is fed so that sulfur compounds are attached on a catalyst that is fixed to each of multiple desulfurization/reproduction reactors and discharging a purified synthetic gas from which the sulfur components are removed; performing reproduction by which oxygen is supplied so that the sulfur compounds attached on the catalyst of the desulfurization/reproduction reactors are oxidized and discharging sulfur dioxide that is converted from the sulfur compounds by means of the oxidation of the catalyst; supplying the sulfur compounds that are oxidized through the reproduction to a sulfur collecting reactor; separating sulfur as a solid by supplying a reducing agent so that the sulfur dioxide is converted into sulfur through reduction in the sulfur collecting reactor; and discharging the separated elemental sulfur in order to be collected.
