Abstract: The system efficiently controls air conditioner for the automobile by using a plurality of thermoelectric devices and heat pipes, specially switches off the automatic cooling/warming controller in the case of no man in the automobile by using a load cell installed in a seat. The system comprises: one temp. controller(40) controlling a high temp. part in the warming mode; another temp. controller(80) controlling a low temp. part in the cooling mode; another temp. controller(100) controlling a high temp. part in the cooling mode; a subtraction device(61a) obtaining temp. error(Terror5) between a reference warming temp.(Tref5) and a temp(Treal5) of a high temp. thermoelectric device(67); a multiplier(62) multiplying the temp error(Terror5) by a gain constant(K); another subtracter(61b) obtaining speed error(RPM error1) between a reference RPM(RPM ref1) and a current RPM(RPM real1) of a fan(66); a controller(63) driving a solenoid valve(65) driver(64) during the "on" period of the pulse signals corresponding to the speed error(RPM error1).
