Abstract: PURPOSE: A light emitting diode and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce a time and a cost using a thermal process with a low temperature and a thin film forming process through a spin coating process. CONSTITUTION: A polymer layer is formed in an upper side of a substrate(S110). The ultraviolet ray is irradiated to the polymer layer. A plurality of beads are coated in the upper side of the polymer layer(S120). A part of beads is immersed in the polymer layer by heating the polymer layer above a glass transition temperature(S130).

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种发光二极管及其制造方法，以通过旋涂工艺利用具有低温和薄膜形成工艺的热处理来减少时间和成本。 构成：在基板的上侧形成聚合物层（S110）。 紫外线照射到聚合物层。 在聚合物层的上侧涂覆多个珠粒（S120）。 通过将聚合物层加热到高于玻璃化转变温度，将珠粒的一部分浸入聚合物层中（S130）。
