PURPOSE: An optoelectronic shutter, a method of operating the same and an optical apparatus employing the optoelectronic shutter are provided to implement the driving in low voltage and current by modulating the output light for the input light based on the modulation of current gain. CONSTITUTION: A photo transistor(130) generates an output signal from the incident input light, and a light emitting diode outputs an output light based on an output signal by being connected to the photo transistor in serial. A first transistor generates a current signal which modulates a base current. A substrate is made of sapphire or GaAs.

바텀 게이트형의 구조를 가지고, 산화아연 반도체를 채널로 이용하는 박막 트랜지스터의 형성방법이 개시된다. 채널로 이용되는 산화아연 반도체층에 수소를 공급하기 위해 산화아연 반도체층 하부에 게이트 유전막으로 실리콘 질화막을 형성한다. 실리콘 질화막은 소정 농도의 수소를 포함한다. 수소의 농도는 실리콘 질화막의 굴절률로 나타난다. 굴절률이 높은 경우, 실리콘 질화막 내의 수소의 농도는 증가한다. 열처리가 수행되는 경우, 실리콘 질화막 내의 수소는 산화아연 반도체층으로 이동하고, 계면 및 채널의 결함을 치유하도 도판트로 작용한다. 따라서, 정상적인 트랜지스터 특성을 얻을 수 있다. 산화아연, 바텀 게이트, 확산, 실리콘 질화막
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A light source identification device which visually easily grasps the kind of the light source is provided to detect the kind of the light source through the color formed on a band-pass filter by removing the preset specific wavelength band from the object light source. CONSTITUTION: An optical filter passes the frequency band of the preset wavelength band from the object light source. A light absorption part absorbs the beam of the frequency band of the wavelength band passing through the optical filter. The optical filter is a broad band-pass filter(100) passing through only 550 nm wavelength band. The light absorption part comprises a light absorbing member absorbing the beam. The frequency band of the wavelength band is selected in the range of 400 nm ~ 700 nm. A color tone contrast part is colored with the reference color for comparison with the color of the optical filter.

A method for generating an RFID tag id for collision avoidance and an RFID tag having ID for collision avoidance are provided to improve a tag recognition rate of an RFID reader. An RFID system is comprised of one or more tags and a reader. An index(n) of a frame size is initialized as 1(210). The number(m) of tags is divided by n-th power(fbn) of the frame size(220). It is determined whether a lot(Q) had a value smaller than 1(230). When the lot had the value smaller than 1, the current index is determined by a query level(250). A tag ID is balancedly allocated based on the determined query level(260).

In the medium access control method of an access point for a wireless LAN according to the present invention, the access point can perform communications in a full-duplex communication mode. The medium access control method includes the following steps: a step of receiving the frame header of a first data frame from a first terminal; and a step of transmitting a second data frame to a second terminal while receiving the first data frame from the first terminal.
