Abstract:
PURPOSE: A surgical apparatus for a TEM(Transanal Endoscopic Microsurgery) is provided to easily extend a surgical part by securing a surgical vision through the rotation of a barrel part. CONSTITUTION: A main body(100) has an endoscope insertion port and a surgical instrument insertion port. A surgical instrument port rotates independently of the endoscope insertion port. A rotating unit(200) is rotatably combined with the end of the main body. An endoscope and a surgical instrument pass through the rotating unit. A barrel part(300) is combined with the end of the rotating unit. The barrel part is inserted into the anus of a patient to form a guide path of the endoscope and the surgical instrument.

수술장치 내에 조명장치(광원)를 내장하여 외부에서 별도의 조명 장치를 투입하지 않고도 시술 부위의 시야를 밝힐 수 있는 경항문 미세수술을 위한 수술장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 경항문 수술장치는, 경항문 미세 수술을 위한 수술도구가 삽입되는 본체부와, 본체부와 결합되고 시술 부위의 시야를 확보할 수 있도록 경통개구부가 일측에 형성되며 환자의 항문에 삽입되어 수술도구의 가이드 통로를 형성하는 경통부와, 경통부의 선단에 구비되며 경통개구부를 통해 시술 부위를 조명하도록 광을 조사하는 광원부와, 광원부를 수용하고 경통부의 선단과 결합되는 경통헤드부를 포함할 수 있다. 경항문, TEM, 경통, 조명, 발광다이오드(LED), 전구(LAMP)

PURPOSE: A needle insertion apparatus is provided to gradually change the speed and loading power according to insertion depth of a needle. CONSTITUTION: A needle insertion apparatus comprises: a main body(100) and a main driving part(200); a needle unit(400) which is inserted into the human body; a drive unit(600) offering driving force to the needle unit in order to reciprocate the needle unit between an insertion position and a withdrawal position; and a guide unit(800) which guides the needle unit to translate between an insertion position and a withdrawal position.

PURPOSE: A drug injection port is provided, which enhances surgical operation convenience and prevents a drug injection port from completely passing a port insertion unit. CONSTITUTION: A drug injection port comprises: a holder(110) which is set on the top of the port inlet hole formed in patient's skull and in which a drug infusing outlet is formed in the upper side; a drug injection membrane(120) which is equipped in order to shut tight the drug infusing outlet of the holder and in which an injection needle for injecting drug is inserted; a drug storage unit in which the drug injected through the drug injection membrane is saved; and a drug exhaust tube(150) connected to the drug storage unit.

PURPOSE: A surgical apparatus for transanal endoscopic microsurgery is provided to secure the visual field of a blind spot due to a tube part by rotating the tube part using the rotate of a rotary part. CONSTITUTION: A main body(100) includes surgical tools and an endoscope in order to implement transanal endoscopic microsurgery. The main body includes a housing(110), a locking part(120), and a tool inserting part(130). A rotary part(200) is rotatably combined at the front end of the main body. A tube part(300) is combined with the rotary part and forms a guiding path through which the surgical tools and the endoscope pass.
