    Abstract: A cardanol derivative is provided to produce a low-toxicity eco-friendly solvent generating no volatile organic compounds by using cardanol derived from a natural source. A cardanol derivative is represented by the following formula II, wherein R is a combination including the following four groups in a ratio of 3%, 34%, 22% and 41%; and X is selected from the group consisting of C1-C6 alkyl groups including methyl, ethyl, propyl, butyl, heptyl and hexyl, aryl group, benzyl group, acetyl group and benzoyl group. The cardanol derivative is obtained by reacting cardanol with dimethyl sulfate or X-Cl.

    Abstract: 본발명은폭발물을선택적으로검출하기위한펩타이드센서, 그제조방법, 및그를이용한검출장치에관한것이다. 본발명의펩타이드센서는종래의폭발물센서가고분자로구성되거나고체 TNT 또는고체 DNT에선택적인펩타이드를이용하는것이비하여, 본발명에따른펩타이드는 TNT와 DNT 유도체를표면에고정화한후 이에선택적인펩타이드서열을파지디스플레이의방법으로도출하였다. 이러한펩타이드는기존의물질에대하여 TNT 또는 DNT에높은선택성을보이므로표면플라즈몬공명분광기(Surface Plasmon Resonance, SPR), Cantilever, QCM 등의장치에적용하여기체상또는액체상에포함된폭발물을검출하는펩타이드센서로이용될수 있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A peptide sensor for selective detection of explosive and a detection device are provided to ensure high selectivity to TNT or DNT. CONSTITUTION: A TNT-specific peptide has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1, 2, 3, or 4. The peptide additionally contains a linker at carboxy terminal. A DNT-specific peptide has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 9, 10, or 11. The DNT-specific peptide additionally contains a linker at carboxy terminal. The linker is Gly-Cys. An explosive sensor contains the TNT or DNT specific peptide. A method for detecting TNT-specific peptide comprises a step of using 3-(2,4,6-trinitrophenoxy)propane-1-amino groups.
