Abstract:
PURPOSE: A high frequency signal distributor and a method for self-testing thereof are provided to execute self-testing by using a self-testing signal. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency signal distributor(100) comprises a self-testing signal generation module(110), an attenuation module(120), a receipt band selecting module(130), an output signal distributing module(140), and a control module(150). The self-testing signal generation module generates a self-testing signal simulating a radar signal. The attenuation module selects one signal from a radar signal and a self-testing signal and attenuates the size of the selected signal. The receipt band selecting module selects a signal of a fixed frequency band from attenuated signals and outputs the signal. The output signal distributing module distributes the outputted signal. The control module controls the signal selected by the attenuation module.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for eliminating an interference signal of a jamming signal, and a computer readable medium recording program for performing the method, and a system for generating jamming signal using the apparatus are provided to prevent the re-inflow of a jamming signal into a reception antenna. CONSTITUTION: A pulse signal detection unit(210) detects a pulse repetition interval and a pulse width of a radar signal, and a switch control unit(220) short-circuits an input terminal of a DRFM(Digital Radio Frequency Memory) and an output terminal of an RF receiver(110) through the control operation of a first switch in a detected pulse width. In addition, the switch control unit opens the input terminal of an RF transmitter(130) of a high frequency memory device through the control of a second switch. A DRFM control unit(230) activates a storage trigger signal in the interval of the pulse width in order to store a radar signal to the high frequency memory device.

본 발명은 균일한 미세 조직을 갖는 텅스텐-구리 합금 및 그의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 제조방법은 텅스텐 분말과 텅스텐-구리 복합분말을 혼합하여 혼합분말을 형성하는 단계와, 상기 혼합분말을 가압 성형하여 성형체를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 성형체를 소결하여 골격체를 형성하는 단계와, 상기 골격체에 구리를 접촉시켜 용침시키는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따라 제조된 균일한 조직을 갖는 텅스텐-구리 합금은 전기 접점, heat sink, 및 성형 작약탄의 라이너로서 사용될 때 우수한 성능을 발휘할 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing W-Cu alloy having homogeneous micro structure by using a mixed powder of W powder and W-Cu composite powder instead of a mixed powder of W powder and Cu powder, and a W-Cu alloy having homogeneous micro structure manufactured by the method is provided. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises a step of forming a mixed powder by mixing W powder with W-Cu composite powder; a step of forming a green compact by press forming the mixed powder; a step of forming a skeleton by sintering the green compact; and a step of infiltrating Cu into the skeleton by contacting Cu on the skeleton, wherein the W-Cu composite powder is prepared by reduction heat treating the milled mixed powder at a hydrogen atmosphere after mixing tungsten (WO3 and WO2.9) powder with copper oxide (CuO and Cu2O) powder and milling the mixed powder, and the W-Cu composite powder is a globular powder having a certain size formed in such a shape that W powder surrounds Cu powder, wherein the W powder is mixed with the W-Cu composite powder in such a way that W is mixed with Cu in a weight ratio of 20:1 to 2:1, wherein the step of sintering the green compact is performed at a temperature of 1,083 deg.C or more that is a Cu melting point at an atmosphere of reducing gas containing hydrogen, and wherein the Cu infiltration step is performed at a temperature of 1,083 deg.C or more that is a Cu melting point at an atmosphere of reducing gas containing hydrogen.
