Abstract: According to the embodiment of the present invention, a piston of a pyrotechnic valve allows a fluid to flow into a second pipe through a first pipe by separating covers from the pipes. The first pipe is inserted into a guide hole to allow the fluid to flow into the guide hole. The second pipe discharges the fluid from the guide hole. The piston comprises a piston body with the top joined with a cartridge; a joint at the bottom of the piston body including a through-hole to connect the first and second pipes to each other while the covers are removed; and a plurality of protrusions on the outer circumference of the piston body adjacent to the joint to be fixed to the guide hole by being partially transformed by friction against the inner circumference of the guide hole while the covers are removed. The nearest protrusion to the joint is round in order to prevent the protrusions from flowing into the first and second pipes when being transformed and separated from the piston body.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing a cobalt complex containing a 5-chlorotetrazole ligand is provided to enable easy separation and purification, and to improve yield. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a cobalt complex comprises: a step of reacting 5-aminotetrazole of chemical formula 1 under the presence of hydrochloric acid, sodium nitrite, and copper chloride and preparing 5-chlorotetrazole of chemical formula 2; a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 2 with a sodium compound and preparing 5-chlorotetrazole sodium salt of chemical formula 3; and a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 3 with a cobalt compound of [Co(NH3)m(H2O)n](ClO4)x by a coordinate bond.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A bending-type start cartridge and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to save a space for the start cartridge by positioning the start cartridge within the size of a maximum section of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A start cartridge(100) for tubular engines of rockets or aircrafts comprises a combustion pipe(10), an ignition unit(20), and a nozzle unit(30). The combustion pipe is formed into the bent shape. Propellants(11) are filled in the combustion pipe. The ignition unit is connected to one side of the combustion pipe, and burns the propellants in the combustion pipe. The nozzle unit is connected to the other side of the combustion pipe, and discharges the air with high pressure increased by the combustion of the propellants.
