Abstract: PURPOSE: A nozzle device in high-temperature and high-velocity gas and a rocket having the same are provided to prevent a coating unit from becoming separated from a nozzle unit through a cover unit which covers the gap between the nozzle unit and the coating unit. CONSTITUTION: A nozzle device in high-temperature and high-velocity gas comprises a nozzle unit(141), a coating unit(142), and a cover unit(143). One end of the nozzle unit is connected to a combustion chamber of a propellant, and the other end is toward the outside. The nozzle unit is made of a titanium alloy. The coating unit is made of a ceramic material. The inner surface of the nozzle unit is coated with the coating unit. The cover unit covers a gap between the inner surface of the nozzle unit and the coating unit to prevent the coating unit from becoming separated from the nozzle unit.
