Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable valve for a muffler is provided to improve noise reduction effect when an engine drives at a low speed by changing an exhaust gas path with gravity against the exhaust pressure and the exhaust press of the exhaust gas. CONSTITUTION: A variable valve for a muffler includes a valve body. The valve body controls an exhaust gas path(4ab) formed inside a muffler with the exhaust pressure of the exhaust gas and the weight thereof. The exhaust gas path is formed on a baffle(4a,4b) inside the inside of the muffler. The baffle divides the inside of the muffler into a front chamber and a central chamber. The exhaust gas path connects the front chamber and the central chamber.

CONSTITUTION: A silencer(100) for vehicles comprises a housing(110), an inlet pipe(120), an outlet pipe(140), and a middle pipe(130). The inlet pipe is inserted into the housing to guide exhaust gas, and installed by penetrating baffles. The outlet pipe is inserted into the housing to discharge exhaust gas, and installed by penetrating the baffles. The middle pipe is placed inside the housing to form an exhaust path between the inlet and outlet pipes. The middle pipe is installed through the baffles. A sound absorbing material(150) is filled inside a chamber where the middle and outlet pipes pass through.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An air cleaner case for vehicles is provided to reduce noises transmitted to a vehicle room without installing a silencer by reducing radiated noises of high-frequency flow-induced noises generated from a turbo charger. CONSTITUTION: An air cleaner case for vehicles comprises a rim(13), a plurality of engraved grooves(14), a plurality of embossed projections(15) and grid-shaped reinforcement ribs. The rim, which connects a side surface(11) to an upper surface(12) is formed curvedly and dented towards a center of the upper surface. A plurality of the engraved grooves and A plurality of the embossed projections are arranged in a grid-shaped structure over a lateral and the upper surfaces. The grid-shaped reinforcement ribs are formed in an inner surface over the lateral and the upper surfaces.
