Abstract: 본 발명은 각 인서트 라이너의 하부 외측을 연결하는 격벽부를 추가 구성하여 상기 각 인서트 라이너의 하부 외측에 대응하는 실린더 블록 내부의 살 두께가 과다한 육후부를 제거함으로써 실린더 블록의 응고 시의 수축력 또는 실린더 헤드 체결볼트의 축력에 의한 인장력으로 상기 인서트 라이너와 모재인 실린더 블록간의 분리 및 이로 인한 크랙 발생을 방지하도록 하며, V형 엔진의 경우, 좌우측 인서트 라이너 사이에 연결부를 추가 구성하여 실린더 블록의 좌,우측 실린더부가 연결되는 살 두께가 과다한 육후부에 상기 양측 인서트 라이너간의 연결구조를 형성하여 상기 실린더 블록의 응고 시의 수축 예방 및 구조 강성을 향상시키도록 하는 엔진용 실린더 블록을 제공한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An oil filter system is provided to reduce the weight and manufacturing costs by removing a separate oil path which is mounted on an oil filter. CONSTITUTION: An oil filter system comprises an oil filter and cylinder block. The oil filter comprises an inlet port(310), an outlet(320) and a filter(330). The dirty oil flows into the inlet port. The clean oil is exhausted to the outlet. The filter paper filters the dirty oil to the clean oil. The cylinder block comprises a first main gallery connected to the inlet port and a second main gallery connected to the outlet.

Abstract: A drain structure of an oil filter is provided to reduce manufacture cost of an oil filter. A drain structure of an oil filter comprisees a housing(10), oil filter, first sealing surface(12) and second sealing surface(24). The housing houses the oil filter. In the bottom of the housing, a drain hole(14) discharging the residual oil is equipped. The oil filter comprises a filter paper(20). Abstract: PURPOSE: An alarm system for safety distance of vehicle is provided to reduce alarm noise thus to increase convenience by generating alarm sound when a distance between running vehicle and other vehicle is within a certain amount, and otherwise turning off the alarm sound. CONSTITUTION: An alarm system for safety distance of vehicle comprises a sensor unit for detecting various information of running vehicle, an ECU(electronic control unit)(8) to which various information detected by the sensor is inputted, and an alarm(10). The ECU selectively controls operation of the alarm based upon velocity data inputted from a velocity sensor(2). The sensor unit includes the velocity sensor, an RPM sensor(4), and a distance sensor(6) detecting relative distance to other vehicle. Abstract: A body mount for a vehicle is provided to improve the transversal strength of the vehicle by supporting an upper mount rubber in left and right directions. A body mount for a vehicle comprises an under body bracket(10) and an upper mount rubber(20) provided with a protrusion(21).
