Abstract:
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a recombinant vector for detecting norovirus known as microorganisms for causing food poisoning, a method for producing a recombinant protein using the vector, and a method for detecting norovirus using the vector. The recombinant vector for producing a recombinant protein for norovirus detection comprises: a gene coding any one of a P1 domain and a P2 domain in norovirus norwalk capsid protein VP1 domains; and a gene coding a target protein and the recombinant vector constructed such that the above genes are expressed in a fused state. In addition, the method for producing a recombinant vector for norovirus detection is characterized in that E. coli is transformed with the recombinant vector and a recombinant protein for norovirus molecule diagnosis is produced from the transformed E. coli.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for producing natural flavoring agent through extracellular liquid culture for Leatiporus sulphureus var. miniatus mycelium is provided to contain various types of flavoring agent. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing natural flavoring agent comprises a step of extracellular liquid culture for Leatiporus sulphureus var. miniatus mycelium. A medium for producing the natural flavoring agent contains 3 wt% of soluble starch, 0.5 wt% of yeast extract, 0.2 wt% of polypeptone, 0.1 wt% of K_2HPO_4, and 0.01wt% of MgSO_4,7H_2O. The natural flavoring agent belongs to alcohols, aldehydes or esters. The alcohols include ethyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, butanol, 2-methyl butanol, isoamyl alcohol, 4-phentyl alcohol, hexanol, 3-octanol, 2-ethyl hexanol, furfuryl alcohol or 3-phenyl propyl alcohol.
