    Abstract: 본발명은종자에바닐린(vanillin) 검정시약을 5분내지 30분동안처리하고색변화를측정하는단계; 및상기바닐린검정시약이처리된종자에요오드(iodine) 검정시약을처리하고색변화를측정하는단계를포함하는프로안토시아니딘및 아밀로스의함량이감소된품종의검정방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른검정방법은배아를포함하지않는동일한 1/2 종자를이용하여프로안토시아니딘및 아밀로스의함량을간편하게검정할수 있으므로, 프로안토시아니딘및 아밀로스의함량이낮은, 갈변현상이감소하고찰기가증대된저세대계통의곡물품종육성및 종자관리에유용하게활용될수 있다. 또한, 상기검정방법은곡물을이용한식품가공시 종자의품질검정에이용될수 있으며, 수매시 종자의순도검사에도유용하게이용될수 있다.
