Abstract:
본발명은종자에바닐린(vanillin) 검정시약을 5분내지 30분동안처리하고색변화를측정하는단계; 및상기바닐린검정시약이처리된종자에요오드(iodine) 검정시약을처리하고색변화를측정하는단계를포함하는프로안토시아니딘및 아밀로스의함량이감소된품종의검정방법에관한것이다. 본발명에따른검정방법은배아를포함하지않는동일한 1/2 종자를이용하여프로안토시아니딘및 아밀로스의함량을간편하게검정할수 있으므로, 프로안토시아니딘및 아밀로스의함량이낮은, 갈변현상이감소하고찰기가증대된저세대계통의곡물품종육성및 종자관리에유용하게활용될수 있다. 또한, 상기검정방법은곡물을이용한식품가공시 종자의품질검정에이용될수 있으며, 수매시 종자의순도검사에도유용하게이용될수 있다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a composition to alleviate a hangover level and to improve a hepatic function containing an extract of barley sprouts as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, the composition containing the extract of barley sprouts and a fraction thereof as an active ingredient does not have side effects; has excellent alcohol decomposition effects and river protection; thus being advantageous in being used for health-promotional foods, drinks, and additives to alleviate a hangover and protect the liver.

The present invention relates to brown rice tea using sweet rice, which has excellent functionality, and a manufacturing method thereof. The present invention is commercialized through a process of cooking brown rice, broiling and cooking the rice in order to develop sweet rice to brown rice tea and has increased polyphenol and sugar contents; and is characterized in producing sweet rice brown rice tea which contains significantly higher functional compound contents of amino acids, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), etc. than general rice.

The present invention relates to an SLAC1 promoter specifically expressing target protein from leaves of a plant, a recombinant expression vector including the same, and a transformant using the same, more specifically to a promoter specifically expressing in guard cells of mono-cotyledonous plants, a recombinant expression vector including the same, and a transformant using the same. The SLAC1 promoter of the present invention controls the specific expression of the target protein in the guard cells of the mono-cotyledonous plants, thereby being practically used for the specific expression of genes which are useful for the growth and development of the plants or the improvement of stress resistance against various environmental factors, in the guard cells.
