A recombinant expression vector contains a promoter for target protein-specific expression and a structural gene encoding the target protein. A transformant prepared by the expression vector is E.coli, Bacillus subtilis, Streptomyces, Pseudomonas, Proteus mirabilis, Staphylococcus, or Agrobacterium tumefaciens.
