    Abstract: PURPOSE: A combined inactivated vaccine for preventing cellular diseases of fish using Streptococcus parauberis FPA4164 strain(KCTC 11980BP) is provided to effectively and cheaply prevent diseases caused by three kinds of bacteria. CONSTITUTION: An alpha-hemolytic Streptococcus parauberis FPA4164 strain(KCTC 11980BP) is isolated from flatfish. A combined inactivated vaccine for preventing cellular diseases of fish contains inactivated alpha-hemolytic Streptococcus parauberis FPA4164(KCTC 11980BP) antigen, inactivated beta-hemolytic Streptococcus iniae FP50249(KCTC 11634BP) antigen, and inactivated beta-hemolytic Edwardsiella tarda FP2018(KCTC 11145BP) antigen in a ratio of 1:1:1. The vaccine contains a montanide adjuvant. The adjuvant is montanide ISA35 or Gel01.
