Abstract: PURPOSE: A gene and protein of prepro-MCH(Melanin-Concentrating Hormone) of Paralichthys olivaceus is provided to use for developing hormone drug for preventing melagnogenesis in advance. CONSTITUTION: A Paralichthys olivaceus-derived prepro-MCH(Melanin-Concentrating Hormone) has gene sequence of sequence number 1. The prepro-MCH gene relates to increase of melanocyte differentiation and melanogenesis. A cDNA of prepro-MCH contains 405bp of open reading frame(ORF). A prepro-MCH protein encoded by prepro-MCH gene contains amino acid of sequence number 2.

Abstract: 본 발명은 개체굴을 포함하는 각종 패류의 활력(건강상태)을 측정하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 힌지식으로 각운동이 가능하도록 연결 설치된 상판패널과 하판패널의 사이에 패류를 삽입시킨 상태에서, 상판패널의 너트캡에 체결된 푸쉬볼트를 패류측으로 이동시켜 패류를 압착하는 방식으로 패각의 강도를 측정토록 하는 한편, 상판패널과 하판패널을 밀착시킨 상태에서 각 패널의 선단 부분을 패류의 패각 사이로 삽입시킨 다음, 상기 푸쉬볼트를 사용하여 상판패널과 하판패널을 벌리는 방식으로 패각의 인장강도를 측정토록 함으로서, 누구나 현장에서 신속하고 간편하게 패류의 활력을 측정할 수 있는 매우 간단하고 실용적인 측정장치를 제공토록 하며, 이로 인하여 양식 과정이나 유통 과정에서 패류의 건강상태에 맞춘 신속한 후속 대응이 가능토록 하고, 수확기에는 패류의 적절한 출하시기를 빠른 시간내에 즉시 판단할 수 있도록 함은 물론, 활력이 우수한 개체만을 선별하여 유통시킴으로서 불필요한 인건비와 물류비 부담을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 한 패류 활력 측정장치에 관한 것이다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for artificial breeding of shellfish is provided to artificially breed shellfish with a high survival rate. Abstract: PURPOSE: A cultivation method of the pleuronectiformes is provided, which makes breeding of the pleuronectiformes of the large amount possible by keeping water fresh by discharging residue of fodder and waste of fishes. CONSTITUTION: A cultivation method of the pleuronectiformes is constituted as follows. The fry of the pleuronectiformes is bred in a water tub in which gravel is arranged. The gravel has 3 ~ 10 mm of diameter and 30 ~ 200 mg weight. The gravel is a hard solid selected from a group consisting of feldspar, pyroxene, amphibole, quartz, mica, clam shell, and ceramics. The porosity of gravel is 5 ~ 50 %. The speed of current at the central middle layer of the water tub is 4 ~ 8 cm/s.
