Abstract:
The present invention relates to a shellfish seed culture facility which allows the culture of initial juvenile shellfish of which height or length is 1 to 30 mm after seed collection of pediveliger larvae in a process of producing shellfish seeds, which are artificial seeds of shell fish, in a cage culture facility in the offshore or in an indoor culture system, more particularly, to a prefabrication type shellfish seed culture facility with an upstream and downstream reciprocal type cage which can be easily installed to a cage culture facility in the offshore or in an indoor culture system; can easily supply foods and oxygen, and process excrements by helping smooth circulation of rearing water through a net; and can easily modify the direction of water flow by the size of the shellfish seeds; can easily replace a cage by the mesh size of the net or the size of the shellfish seeds using a separation mode of the cage; and can minimize a storage volume after using since the culture cage can be folded after separating the cage frame, by arranging prefabricated cage frames which are assembled as a hexahedron frame shape in a waterproof tent-material culture cage of which bottom surface comprises a net, and installing a water steam pipe in an upper-central part inside the culture cage for providing upstream and downstream water flow using pumping or falling down method. Therefore, the mass production of superior shellfish seeds with lower costs can be possible. The facility is optimized to the production of artificial seeds of Bivalvia which requires entity-based single seed production such as Crassostrea gigas.

본 발명은 해수 순환여과시스템의 수류전환막을 가진 유동상 여과조에 관한 것으로서, 유도관을 이용하여 해수 흐름을 원활하게 하고 배수관을 외부에 설치하여 찌꺼기 등에 의한 배관 막힘을 방지하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 해수 순환여과시스템의 유동상 여과조에 있어서, 상기 여과조의 내부 공간 상에 상하로 설치되며, 상기 해수주입배관과 공기주입배관을 통해 원통형 벽체의 하부에서 주입되는 해수를 여과조의 상부로 유도하면서 유체의 방향 전환을 위한 수류전환막을 형성한 유도관; 상기 유도관의 외주면에 일단이 고정 부착되며 다른 일단이 상기 원통형 벽체의 내주면에 고정 부착되어, 상기 유도관이 여과조 내부의 공간 상에 위치하도록 지지하는 다수 개의 유도관 지지대; 여과조의 외부에 설치되는 배수로; 를 포함하는 해수 순환여과시스템의 유동상 여과조를 제공하여, 유동상 여과조 내에서 해수와 공기의 흐름을 원활하게 하여 여과조 내의 용존 산소량을 높일 수 있고 여과효율을 극대화시킬수 있도록 한다. 해수 순환, 유동상, 여과조, 여과메디아, 유도관

본 발명은 바지락의 원산지를 판별할 수 있는 특이적 단일염기다형성(SNP) 부위를 포함하는 단일염기다형성 마커들, 이들 마커에 대한 프라이머들 및 이들을 사용하는 바지락의 원산지를 판별하는 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명은 바지락의 원산지를 미량의 시료로부터 정확하고 특이적으로 판별하여 중국산 바지락을 한국산 바지락으로 속여서 수입, 유통 및 판매되는 문제점을 신속하고 정확하게 차단하는 대책을 마련하게 함으로써 시장에서 불법 행위를 막고 국내 소비자 이익과 건강을 보호하고 생태계 교란을 예방할 수 있는 장점이 있다.

A fluidized bed filter tank having a water current conversion film of a sweater circulating filter system is provided to increase dissolved oxygen in the filter tank and maximize filtration efficiency by smoothly guiding flows of seawater and air within the filter tank, converting directions of the flows thereof, and preventing clogging of pipes due to residues in the filter tank. A fluidized bed filter tank of a seawater circulating filter system biologically purifies the seawater using a filter media(103) while circulating the seawater and air by forming an internal space of the filter tank with a cylindrical wall body(101) having its top opened, connecting a seawater injection pipe(300) and an air injection pipe(400) through the bottom of the wall body, and injecting seawater and air into the filter tank. A fluidized bed filter tank(100) having a water current conversion film of the sweater circulating filter system comprises: an induction pipe(110) which is vertically installed in the internal space of the filter tank, and in which a water current conversion film(111) is formed to convert the direction of a fluid while inducing seawater injected from the bottom of the wall body to an upper part of the filter tank; and a plurality of induction pipe supports(120) of which one ends are fixedly attached to the outer peripheral surface of the induction pipe, and of which the other ends are fixedly attached to the inner peripheral surface of the wall body to support the induction pipe such that the induction pipe is located in the internal space of the filter tank.

Provided in the present invention are single nucleotide polymorphism marker comprising a specific single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) part identifying the origin place of a short-necked clam, primers of the markers, and a method for identifying the origin place of a short-necked clam using the same. The present invention has advantages of preventing illegal acts in markets, increasing benefits and health of domestic consumers, and preventing an ecosystem from being disturbed, by providing a measure which rapidly and precisely block the import, distribution and sales by disguising a Chinese short-necked clam as a Korean short-necked clam.

PURPOSE: A method for artificial breeding of shellfish is provided to artificially breed shellfish with a high survival rate. CONSTITUTION: A method for artificial breeding of shellfish comprises a step of collecting eggs of Meretrix petechialis, putting artificially fertilized larva into sea water(20) of a sea water tank(10), and growing the larva; and a step of treating young shellfish with chemicals by putting the chemicals into the sea water of the seawater tank. The chemicals are selected from chlorine dioxide, sodium hypochlorite, or iodine.
