Abstract: 본 고안은 양파처리시스템용 양파세척장치에 관한 것으로서, 일단부에 양파를 투입하는 투입구(10a)가 형성되고 타단부에 양파를 배출하는 배출구(10b)가 마련되며 바닥면에 배수구(11)를 갖는 본체(10); 상기 본체(10)의 투입구(10a)에서 배출구(10b)에 이르기까지 길이방향 전체에 걸쳐 설치되어 양파를 전진 이송시키는 이송부(20); 상기 본체(10)의 상단부에 배치되어 이송부(20)를 따라 이송되는 양파에 세척수를 분사하는 세척부(30); 및 상기 본체(10)의 이송부(20)와 배수구(11) 사이에 설치된 망체(12)를 포함하여 구성된다. 따라서, 본 고안의 양파처리시스템용 양파세척장치는 껍질이 탈피된 양파표면 세척을 전자동으로 수행할 수 있도록 함으로써 노동력이 감소되어 비용이 절감되는 동시에 작업 능률이 향상되는 등의 효과를 얻는다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A portable nondestructive apparatus for determining quality of a watermelon is provided to objectively determine quality of the watermelon without destructing the watermelon. CONSTITUTION: A portable nondestructive apparatus for determining quality of a watermelon includes a hitting part(110), a storage part(150), a communication part(160), a displaying part(130), and a processing part(140). The hitting part(110) hits a watermelon to be determined with a predetermined impulse. The storage part(150) stores a sound wave signal of the watermelon to be determined. The displaying part(130) displays a result of a determination for the watermelon. The communication part(160) connects an external unit to a watermelon quality determination unit(100) and employs a serial communication port or a wireless communication port.

Abstract: An apparatus for evaluating internal defects of agricultural products is provided to determine the internal defects such as cavity and browning of the agricultural products and the quality rapidly and accurately without being influenced by the external noise by detecting frequency through direct application of vibration to the agricultural products without sampling or cutting of the agricultural products. An apparatus for evaluating internal defects of agricultural products comprises a tray(10) in which agricultural products such as watermelon are placed and transferred in a predetermined direction and a through hole is formed; a worktable in which a transfer belt(22) to transfer the tray is equipped and a through hole(20a) is formed on the progress path; a striker(30) which is attached to a first lift(32) installed at a support(31) on the worktable to be lifted up and down directly over the through hole and strike the outer circumference of the products; a vibration sensor(40) which is installed at a support bracket(41) at the lower side of the worktable to be lifted up and down directly under the striker and the upper end portion of which is closely attached to the outer circumference of the products to detect the internal vibration of the products generated by the striker; and a controlling portion which controls the working of each of the elements and also determines the internal defects of the products.
