Abstract:
A novel Bacillus sp. YJH-051 strain is provided to produce metabolites having strong spore inhibiting activity against Colletotrichum sp., a pathogenic bacteria causing anthracnose, thereby being used as an environment-friendly farming material for decreasing the anthracnose and increasing the marketability and productivity of hot pepper. A Bacillus sp. YJH-051 strain having antifungal activity against Colletotrichum sp. is deposited as a deposition number of KACC91195P. A method for controlling anthracnose comprises a step of treating hot pepper fruits or hot pepper cultivation soils with the Bacillus sp. YJH-051 strain or a metabolite thereof.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the expression and secretion of tap-tagged Xo2276 AND an application thereof in the recognition of a target DNA sequence. Also, the present invention relates to Xo2276 protein, and a quantitative analysis vector for the expression and secretion of the Xo2276 protein including a gene for expressing a C-terminal TAP tag. The Xo2276 protein is formed of an amino acid sequence denoted by sequence number 1.
Abstract:
The apparatus and method automatically controls a growth cycle of the microbe and the temperature and the humidity necessary for growing the microbe in order to produce the organic fertilizer by the microbe fermentation of the waste food. The apparatus comprises a fermentation part(A) including a fermentation tank(2); a crusher(B), connected to the fermentation part(B) via a sloped path(16), having crushing blades(13,14) and a drive motor(15); an agitator(C), installed at a hollow shaft(18) within the fermentation tank(2), having a plurality of agitation blades(20,20'), the hollow shaft(18) forming a hot air feeding path(17) and a plurality of nipples discharging the hot wind by a heat exchanger(23) and a blower(23); a feeder having a feeding screw(27).
Abstract:
The mothod for degrading plant toxin by using microorganism is presented. Thus Pseudomonas sp. Pt-II capable of degrading plant toxin is isolated from soil. The cultural broth of pseudomonas sp. Pt-II inhibit the growth of stachybotris chatarium which degrade (s) organic matter and then produces plant toxin. The above cultural broth of Pseudomonas sp. Pt-II is prepared by adding peat, zeolite, diatomite or pulplite into Na(CMC) and inoculating the mixture with pseudomonas sp.Pt-II.
