Abstract: The mothod for degrading plant toxin by using microorganism is presented. Thus Pseudomonas sp. Pt-II capable of degrading plant toxin is isolated from soil. The cultural broth of pseudomonas sp. Pt-II inhibit the growth of stachybotris chatarium which degrade (s) organic matter and then produces plant toxin. The above cultural broth of Pseudomonas sp. Pt-II is prepared by adding peat, zeolite, diatomite or pulplite into Na(CMC) and inoculating the mixture with pseudomonas sp.Pt-II.
Abstract translation: 介绍了利用微生物降解植物毒素的方法。 因此，假单胞菌属 能够降解植物毒素的Pt-II与土壤分离。 假单胞菌的文化肉汤 Pt-II抑制了降解有机物质，然后产生植物毒素的茎秆的生长。 上述文化肉汤的假单胞菌属 通过将泥炭，沸石，硅藻土或普雷米特添加到Na（CMC）中并用假单胞菌属sp.Pt-II接种混合物来制备Pt-II。
