    Abstract: PURPOSE: A producing method of a pellet feed for breeding cabbage butterfly, and the pellet feed produced therefrom are provided to increase the weight of a pupa of the cabbage butterfly. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a pellet feed for breeding cabbage butterfly comprises the following steps: pelletizing a feed mixture by supplying the mixture to an extruder; and aging the pelletized feed for 5~10 days in 24~25deg C and 70~80% of humidity. The feed mixture contains 15~20wt% of host plant leaf powder obtained by freeze-drying or warn air-drying leaves from a host plant selected from cabbage, kale, sauerkraut, and radish.
