본 발명은 인체 및 식물체의 곰팡이병의 예방 및 치료제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있는 딱정벌레목에 속하는 흰점박이꽃무지( Protaetia brevitarsis )유충으로부터 분리된 새로운 항진균펩타이드 유전자, 상기 항진균펩타이드 및 그의 유도체에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 상기 항진균펩타이드 유전자의 유도체는 인체 및 식물체의 곰팡이병 예방 및 치료제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

PURPOSE: A producing method of a pellet feed for breeding cabbage butterfly, and the pellet feed produced therefrom are provided to increase the weight of a pupa of the cabbage butterfly. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a pellet feed for breeding cabbage butterfly comprises the following steps: pelletizing a feed mixture by supplying the mixture to an extruder; and aging the pelletized feed for 5~10 days in 24~25deg C and 70~80% of humidity. The feed mixture contains 15~20wt% of host plant leaf powder obtained by freeze-drying or warn air-drying leaves from a host plant selected from cabbage, kale, sauerkraut, and radish.

PURPOSE: A breeding method of meteorus pulchricornis (Wesmael) is provided to be able to breed meteorus pulchricornis (Wesmael) capable of spawn and spodoptera litura larva so as to reach the population ratio of 1:25 to 1:100. CONSTITUTION: A breeding method of meteorus pulchricornis (Wesmael) comprises a step of putting meteorus pulchricornis capable of spawn and spodoptera litura larva in a breeding facility so as to become the population ratio of 1:25 to 1:100 and breeding by feeding plant-originated fodder. The plant-originated fodder is beans. The population ratio of meteorus pulchricornis (Wesmael) and spodoptera litura larva is 1:40 to 1:60. The cultivation with the leguminous plants is possible with cultivation crops. PURPOSE: An artificial feed for protaetia spp, a producing method thereof, and a breeding method of the protaetia spp using thereof are provided to increase the weight of the protaetia spp, and to improve the imago development rate of larvae. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an artificial feed for protaetia spp comprises the following steps: preparing oak sawdust with the size of 250~350meshes; mixing the oak sawdust with wheat brand in a weight ratio of 90~70:10~30; fermenting the mixture for 30~50days at 23~27deg C, inside a breeding box having a layer formed with charcoal powder or yellow soil; obtaining hatched larvae of the protaetia spp; and storing the larvae for 25~40days at 8~11deg C inside the breeding box.
