Abstract: PURPOSE: A feed composition containing a ginger extract, and a feeding method thereof are provided to improve the immunity substance content in blood of young pigs, by increasing the content of immunoglobulin G in breast milk of mother pigs. CONSTITUTION: A feed composition containing a ginger extract contains 0.01~3wt% of ginger extract and 97~99.99wt% of assorted feed. The assorted feed includes corn, soybean cake, wheat, soymilk, limestone, salt, calcium phosphate, molasse, synthetic lysine, and vitamin mineral agent. A feeding method of the composition comprises a step of feeding the composition to mother pigs from the fiftieth day of pregnancy until young pigs eat solid food.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a feedstuff composition for the pregnant sow to increase the number of pigs to be born.
