본 발명은 인삼이 성장할 수 있는 상토가 구비되는 트레이가 서로 인접하도록 배치되는 베이스부; 상기 트레이에 투과되는 광량을 줄이기 위하여 상부에 설치되는 제 1차단막와 광량을 조절하기 위하여 제 1차단막의 단부에서 하방으로 길이조절이 가능한 블라인드 형식의 제 2차단막를 갖는 차광부; 및 상기 차광부를 지지하기 위한 지주대;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연중 간이 인삼 재배장치에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a multipurpose water culture device. The device for water culturing plants comprises a culture plate having plants mounted to be raised, and culture holes where culturing plants are inserted; a bed body having the culture plate arranged thereunder, and having an open top to position the culture plate, a bed space supplying a nutrient solution to plants therein, supply holes formed at both upper parts of the bed space and a drain pipe discharging the nutrient solution formed at the other lower side of the bed space; a circulation unit arranged under the bed body, connected to the drain pipe on one side and connected to the supply hole on the other side to circulate the nutrient solution for culturing the plants while filtering; an LED support plate arranged at the upper part of the bed body and having an LED lamp installed thereunder; a body frame surrounding the bed body, the LED lamp support plate and the circulation unit, and having a support frame supporting the circulation unit and the bed body in the center; and a height adjusting device arranged at the upper part of the boy frame, connected to the LED lamp support plate and adjusting the height of the LED lamp support plate by operation, wherein the circulation unit has a UV lamp so as to sterilize the circulating nutrient solution.

본 발명은 인삼품종을 판별하기 위한 프로브를 포함하는 바이오칩 및 이러한 바이오칩을 이용한 인삼품종 판별방법에 관한 것으로서, 고려인삼과 미국삼 간의 특이적 차이를 보이는 염기서열이 포함된 특정 PNA 프로브를 가지고 바이오칩을 제조하여 고려인삼 품종과 미국삼의 수집종을 판별하기 위한 발명이다. 특히 본 발명에 따라 고려인삼 품종과 미국삼의 수집종을 판별하면 형태학적으로는 구별하기 힘든 인삼의 품종을 분자생물학적으로 판별하여 고려인삼에 해당함을 보다 과학적으로 입증할 수 있다. 그리하여 무분별하게 수입되고 있는 미국삼 등 외국삼과의 관계에서 토종 고려인삼에 해당하는지를 보다 분명하게 가려 낼 수 있다. 또한 이를 통해 국내 고려인삼 관련 산업 및 고려인삼 재배 농가에 대한 보호를 도모 할 수 있다. 또한 본 발명에 따른 고려인삼의 육종 재배시 국내산 고려인삼 종자의 순도 향상에도 기여한다.

PURPOSE: A primer and probe set for distinguishing the kind of ginseng by real-time PCR analysis is provided to enable quantitation using amplification result. CONSTITUTION: A primer and probe set for distinguishing the kind of ginseng by real-time PCR contains: a primer set containing base sequences of sequence numbers 1 and 2; a VIC-labeled probe with a base sequence of sequence number 3; and a FAM-labeled probe with a base sequence of sequence number 4. The kind of ginseng includes Chunpoong, Yunpoong, Gopoong, Kumpoong, or Sunpoong.

PURPOSE: A method for salt tolerance test of ginseng and a method for selecting ginseng with salt tolerance are provided to suppress ginseng quality reduction and to improve ginseng quality. CONSTITUTION: A method for salt tolerance test of ginseng comprises: a step of treating 4-6 ds/m of salt to ginseng for 13-17 days; and a step of visually evaluating salt sensitive individual and salt resistant individual. The salt contains 2,000-2,200 mg/L of KNO_3, 800-900 mg/L of KH_2PO_4, and 1,400-1,700 mg/L of MgSO_4·7H_2O. A method for selecting ginseng with salt resistance comprises: a step of a step of treating 4-6 ds/m of salt to ginseng for 13-17 days; a step of visually evaluating salt sensitive individual and salt resistant individual and selecting salt resistant individual; and a step of confirming the selected individual using a test index.

The health food composition is used in the form of granule, beverage, gum or tea.
