Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for specifically expressing a target gene in a plant using a promoter is provided to produce plants of high value added. CONSTITUTION: A Brassica campestris L. anthesis regulatory BrFLC gene group has one DNA of sequence numbers 1, 2, and 3. A primer for gate way vector recombinant contains a pair of DNAs of sequence numbers 4 and 5, 6 and 7, and 8 and 9. A vector for gene expression contains a promoter having one DNA sequence of sequence numbers 1, 2, and 3. A gene is expressed in hypocotyl, stigma, and pollen by transforming a plant with an expression vector containing a promoter sequence of sequence number 1.

Abstract: 작업자의 안전을 도모함과 동시에 정액 채취 효율을 높일 수 있는 돼지 정액 채취용 안전 구조물이 개시된다. 본 고안에 따른 돼지 정액채취용 안전 구조물은 수퇘지가 올라탈 수 있도록 마련되는 의빈대와, 의빈대를 둘러싸고 있으며 수퇘지가 들어오고 나갈 수 있는 입구와 출구가 각각 마련되는 펜스와, 수퇘지의 정액을 펜스 외부에서 채취할 수 있도록 펜스에 마련되는 채취출구를 포함하고 있다. 따라서, 수퇘지의 정액 채취 시 수퇘지와 작업자가 펜스에 의해 서로 분리된 공간에 있기 때문에 돼지의 급작스런 공격을 근본적으로 차단하며, 또한 수퇘지에게 편안함을 주어 정액 채취 작업 시간 및 효율을 향상시키는 효과가 있다.
