    Abstract: The present invention relates to nickel doped barium titanate powders, wherein nickel (Ni) is non-continuously doped on the surfaces of barium titanate (BaTiO) particles, to a manufacturing method thereof and to a multi-layered ceramic capacitor including the same. The present invention can increase affinity with Ni used as an internal electrode by Ni doped on the surfaces and can delay sintering characteristics of an internal electrode layer. Accordingly, the multi-layered ceramic capacitor using the internal electrode including nickel-doped barium titanate powders as inhibitors can solve problems such as crack generation and the like due to the difference of sintering characteristics of the internal electrode layer and a dielectric layer.

CONSTITUTION: A shutter device and a small camera with the same comprises a housing(220), a first electromagnet(231), a second electromagnet(232), a third electromagnet, a fourth electromagnet, a first driving arm(235), a second driving arm(245), a shutter blade(270), and an iris blade(280). A light through-hole(229) is formed in the housing. The first electromagnet, the second electromagnet, the third electromagnet, and the fourth electromagnet are mounted on one side and the other side of the housing. The rotary shaft is formed on one end of the first driving arm and the second driving arm. The permanent magnet is formed on the other end of the first driving arm and the second driving arm. The first driving arm and the second driving arm comprise drive pins that are coupled with one side of the permanent magnet in parallel to the rotary shaft. The shutter blade and the iris blade opens/closes and covers the light through-hole with engaging with the position change of the drive pins of the first and second driving arms.
