PURPOSE: An optical source module, a backlighting arrangement adopting the same, a display device, and a lighting device are provided to obtain a desired color coordinate by controlling emitting wavelength and luminescence intensity in a quantum dot sealing package. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting device package(110) comprises a substrate and a plurality of light-emitting device chips(130a,130b). A plurality of light-emitting device chips is mounted on the top of the substrate. A quantum dot sealing package is arranged on the top of a light emitting direction of the light emitting device package. The quantum dot sealing package comprises a sealing member and a quantum dot which is soldered with by sealing member. The sealing member is formed into the pipe of a flat plate. The quantum dot is dispersed in organic solvent or polymer resin.

PURPOSE: A light emitting diode package and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to express the cover of the light emitting diode package with desired color by additionally coating the filler of desired color on the top of molding material. CONSTITUTION: A pair of lead frames(110) is prepared. A package mold(120) comprises the molding material filling space. An LED chip(130) is mounted on the lead frame inside the package. A filler(160) is spread in the molding material filling space of the molding material top. The molding material includes the light-passing resin or the transparent resin mixed with the fluorescent substance(155).

An inkjet head is provided to jet plural colors of ink with one inkjet head by changing ink quickly and accurately. An inkjet head comprises a frame, a nozzle(410), a plurality of nozzle flow paths and ink feed tubes(611,612,613). The frame has a plurality of inner chambers(420) for storing ink. The nozzle is formed on the lower part of the inner chambers. The nozzle flow paths are formed on the upper part of the inner chambers. The ink feed tubes are connected to the nozzle flow paths.

A maintenance apparatus of a print head and a maintenance method using the same are provided to clean the print head using an ultrasonic cleaning unit so that the nozzles of the print head eject uniform amount of ink. A maintenance apparatus(200) of a print head(300) comprises an ultrasonic cleaning unit(210) and a wiping unit(220). The ultrasonic wave cleaning unit cleans foreign matters around nozzles of the print head including ink discharge nozzles by using ultrasonic waves. The wiping unit makes contact with the print head, having a wiper rubbing the print head.

A light emitting diode package and a method of manufacturing the same are provided to make the color distribution of a phosphor powder while obtaining uniform brightness distribution through a wide operation angle. A reflector(100) is made of a material having a high reflection coefficient, and an electrode(110) received inside the reflector and a part of the electrode is exposed to the outside through the reflector. An LED chip(120) is mounted on the surface of the reflector positioned between an exposed part of the electrode and the electrode. The LED chip and electrode are connected through an electrode connecting unit(130) which is received in the reflector. An encapsulant including a phosphor powder in order to cover the LED chip on the reflector is injection-molded.

A controlling apparatus of an inkjet head and a method thereof are provided to reduce inferiority of a color filter due to inaccurate ink dropping by adjusting an opening time of each nozzle and a slope angle of the inkjet head considering positions of the nozzles. A controlling apparatus of an inkjet head includes a plurality of nozzles(410), a position detecting unit(41) to detect positions of the respective nozzles and to output position detecting signals corresponding to the detected positions, and an inkjet head controlling unit to determine the respective positions of the nozzles based on the position detecting signals from the position detecting unit and to control a slope angle of the inkjet head and an opening time of the respective nozzles based on the determined nozzle positions. The position detecting unit is a CCD camera. The position detecting signals have an X-axis coordinate value and a Y-axis coordinate value. The inkjet head controlling unit includes a memory device(42) to store respective reference position information of the respective nozzles. The inkjet head controlling unit compares the determined respective nozzle positions with the respective corresponding reference position information.

An apparatus and a method of forming a color filter are provided to readily find a pixel, in which a sufficiently thick color filter is not formed, after injecting color ink. An apparatus for forming a color filter includes a stage(10), a support frame(20), a mask(30) and an injector(40). The stage allows a substrate to be mounted thereon. The support frame is disposed on the stage. The mask is mounted on the support frame and spaced apart from the substrate. The injector injects color ink onto the substrate. The substrate has a plurality of openings into which different colors of ink are inserted. The mask has a plurality of holes overlapping the openings and filled with the same colors of ink. The holes are separately formed along a region in which the holes overlap the openings. The holes are formed to include a region for connecting the openings in one direction.
