Abstract: A shift register is provided to monitor an operation state of a TFT(Thin Film Transistor) by applying predetermined gate and source voltages to the gate and source of the TFT using source and gate pads, respectively. A shift register includes plural TFTs. The TFT comprises a gate pattern(520), a semiconductor layer, a source line, a source pattern(530), and a drain pattern. The gate pattern is formed on an insulation substrate. The semiconductor layer is formed on the gate pattern. The source pattern branched from the source line is formed on the semiconductor layer. The drain pattern is formed on the semiconductor layer apart from the source pattern. Gate, source, and drain pads are connected to the gate, source, and drain patterns, respectively. A gate pattern is formed on the insulation substrate. Source and drain pads are formed on the same layer as the source and drain patterns and connected to the source and drain patterns, respectively.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for servicing an individual mobile broadcasting and a system thereof are provided to make a real time broadcasting possible with various themes in any place and at any time based on a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: If a mobile terminal accesses a server(301) and requests to set a community(302), the server connects a corresponding mobile terminal for joining as a community member through a wireless communication network(303).
