Abstract:
Disclosed are a switch operation control device for a collision preventing switch and a table for a medical diagnosis device including the same. The disclosed table for a medical diagnosis device includes: a support; a table frame which is supported in a movable manner in the longitudinal direction on the support; a guide frame which is placed at one end among two ends of the table frame; a collision prevention switch which is placed adjacent to the guide frame on the support and stops the movement of the table frame if the table frame malfunctions; a switch operation control device; and a control unit which stops the movement of the table frame when the pressing on the collision prevention switch is released. The switch operation control device includes: a first lever which moves according to the deformation of the guide frame; and a second lever which presses the collision prevention switch in a normal state and releases the pressing on the collision prevention switch by being lifted up by the first lever if the upward movement of the first lever exceeds a preset height.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A maskless exposure apparatus and a stitching exposure method using the same are provided to form uniform exposure dose on a stitching area by performing exposure using measured beam array data. CONSTITUTION: A stage(20) transfers a substrate(30). The stage includes an isolator(28) which blocks the vibration of a stage and a chuck(26). A exposure head(100) irradiates an exposure beam in a beam spot array. A beam measuring unit(40) measures the beam data of the beam spot array. An operation unit produces the length of a step using measured beam data.
