The present invention relates to a fusion protein having an annexin A2 binding protein, a p53 protein, and a p18 protein bound, and to a pharmaceutical composition including the fusion protein for preventing or treating a cancer. Provided in an embodiment of the present invention is a fusion protein including an annexin A2 binding protein, a p53 protein or a fragment of the same, and a p18 protein. The fusion protein can additionally include one or more selected from the group consisting of an in vitro stabilization protein, a membrane transfer sequence (MTS) domain, a nucleus-cytoplasm signal domain, ATT, and STOPx2.

The present invention relates to a composition for treating or preventing cancers. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fusion protein bound to annexin a1 binding protein, p53 protein, and p18 protein or p16 protein; a manufacturing of the fusion protein; and a composition for treating and preventing cancers including the fusion protein. In the present invention, the fusion protein comprises at least one polypeptide selected from a group consisting of in vitro stabilization protein, a membrane transfer sequence domain (MTS), a nucleus-cytoplasm signal domain and in vivo stabilization protein.

The present invention relates to an electronic device and a control method thereof. The electronic device includes: a connection unit which is connected to an external device and includes two or more pins for communicating signals with the external device; a signal processing unit which generates a test signal for testing the connection unit and outputs the test signal to the first pin among the pins; and a control unit which determines whether the connection unit is malfunctioning depending on the characteristics of the test signal received through the second pin, among the pins, which is short-circuited with the first pin by a short circuit support unit. By doing so, the electronic device and the control method thereof are able to enhance productivity by reducing time for testing the connection unit of the electronic device. 나노 입자가 포함된 고분자 박막을 형성하고 그래핀을 전극으로 활용하여 소자의 성능을 향상시킨 전자 소자 및 그 제조 방법을 제시한다. 본 발명에 따른 전자 소자는 나노 입자가 포함된 고분자 박막과, 기상 탄소 공급원을 이용한 그래핀 증착을 통해 제작한 시트 형상의 그래핀 박막을 상기 고분자 박막 상에 부착시켜 형성한 전극을 포함한다. 본 발명에 따른 전자 소자 제조 방법에서는 기상 탄소 공급원을 이용한 그래핀 증착을 통해 시트 형상의 그래핀 박막을 제작하고, 나노 입자가 분산된 고분자 용액을 준비한다. 소자용 기판 위에 이 나노 입자가 분산되어 있는 고분자 용액을 스핀 코팅하고 건조시켜 나노 입자가 포함된 고분자 박막을 형성한다. 그리고 나서 고분자 박막 상에 시트 형상의 그래핀 박막을 부착하여 전극을 형성한다.

PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce contamination by reducing that the foreign material is attached by forming a minute concavo-convex region on the surface of a front protection board and to simplify manufacturing process by reducing an eliminating process of the foreign material by hand. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery comprises a plurality of unit cells. The plurality of unit cells is arranged as a matrix shape and is connected by an interconnector ribbon. A front protection board is arranged on the front side of the solar battery and has a concavo-convex region upon the surface. The concavo-convex region has pitch smaller than the visible light wavelength area and comprises nano-particles and nano-wires.

A method for controlling an operation mode in low voltage of a portable terminal is provided to perform call rejection when voltage of the portable terminal is low voltage, thereby reducing the discharging rate of a battery by rejecting unnecessary calls. A method for controlling an operation mode in low voltage of a portable terminal comprises the following steps of: checking voltage of the portable terminal when a call is generated in the portable terminal(201); displaying a message for notifying the generation of the call if the voltage of the portable terminal is low voltage(205); and rejecting call performance by blocking a call path when call rejection is selected in the message for notifying the generation of the call(207).
