Abstract: A chiller apparatus for semiconductor process equipment is provided to increase a temperature of a brine by applying a plurality of hot gas bypass regulators without applying a heat for the brine. A brine path(290) circulates semiconductor process equipment(200), a brine inlet(210), the brine path of an evaporator, a brine pump(220), and a brine outlet. A coolant path(190) circulates a compressor(100), an electronic expansion valve(120), the brine path of the evaporator, a coolant path of the evaporator. A plurality of hot gas bypass regulators(140,150) are connected to the compressor in the front and the input terminal of the evaporator in the rear and are operated by the pressure difference between the front and the rear to supply the hot gas coolant from the compressor to the evaporator. The plurality of hot gas bypass regulators are connected in parallel and have a temperature range for different use.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for reproducing a memory card of a mobile radiophone unit is provided easily to reproduce various kinds of memory cards in the mobile radiophone unit. CONSTITUTION: If an arbitrary key is input to a mobile radiophone unit in an idle mode(a), a control part confirms whether a multi-function mode key is inputted(b). If a multi-function mode key is inputted, the control part sets a multi-function mode(c). It is checked whether a memory card is inserted by checking a memory card mounting part(d). If inserted, the kind of the card is judged by reading a specified part of the inserted memory card(e). The memory card is initialized and state data related to the reproduction of the corresponding memory card are read(f). A card reproduction is started(g). It is checked whether the reproduction is completed(h). If a reproduction interruption key is inputted, the present reproduction state is stored(k). If not inputted, it is checked whether a call interrupt is generated. If a call request is inputted, the present reproduction state is stored(m) and is entered into a calling mode(l).
