A washing machine is provided to hermetically and completely seal a lower part of casing by closely adhering an opening of the lower casing and an installment plate. A washing machine comprises a main body having a casing in which a base opening is formed in a lower part, a frame body(121) supporting the casing to an installment plate according to the circumference of base opening and a soundproof frame(120), having a spring which elastically supports the casing, interposed between the frame body and casing. The frame body is made of a material of absorbing. The soundproof frame more includes an absorber(123) combined in the lower part of frame body.

A wall-mount type air conditioner is provided to obtain aesthetic interior of a room by using a member for covering electric parts and to freely select a mounting position of the indoor unit. A wall-mount type air conditioner comprises an indoor unit(10), and a member(18) for covering electric parts connected with the indoor unit. The member has a space that contains the electric parts. The member comprises a housing(20) for preventing exposure of the electric parts and a support member(60). The housing has shape and size corresponding to that of the indoor unit. The support member supports the housing such that the housing is mounted at the surface of a wall. The housing has through holes(23) at two ends thereof such that the electric parts are connected with the indoor unit, and fixing members(26) locked with the support member.

An air conditioner is provided to facilitate pipe work while using reduced amount of refrigerant pipes by comprising a single module that includes the entire refrigerant pipe structure required for circulating refrigerant to each heat exchangers of indoor units. An air conditioner comprises a plurality of indoor units(10), a refrigerant supply pipe(20), a refrigerant return pipe(30), a suction pipe(12), and a discharge pipe(13). The indoor units, each having a heat exchanger(11) therein, are arranged in series in a longitudinal direction. The refrigerant supply pipe and refrigerant return pipe penetrate each indoor unit for circulating refrigerant to the heat exchanger, having opposite ends disposed on the opposite sides of the indoor unit. The suction pipe and discharge pipe connect the heat exchanger, refrigerant supply pipe, and refrigerant return pipe in parallel. Inlet ends(21,32) and outlet ends(22,31) of the refrigerant supply pipe and refrigerant return pipe are provided on the opposite sides of each indoor unit, wherein the inlet end is connected to the outlet end of adjacent indoor unit and the outlet end is connected to the inlet end of adjacent inlet end.

단열성 및 내구성이 향상되도록 개선된 구조를 가지는 진공단열재 및 이를 포함하는 냉장고를 개시한다. 진공단열재는 심재(Core Material), 상기 심재의 외측에 배치되는 제 1외피재, 상기 심재 및 상기 제 1외피재 사이에 배치되는 차단층 및 상기 제 1외피재와 결합하여 내부에 상기 심재 및 상기 차단층이 수용되는 수용공간을 형성하는 제 2외피재를 포함하고, 상기 차단층은 상기 제 1외피재에 융착 또는 점착되어 상기 제 1외피재와 일체를 이루는 것을 특징으로 한다.
