Abstract:
본 발명은 반도체 제조공정의 플럭스 돗팅 툴(flux dotting tool)에 관한 것으로, 판상(板狀) 형태의 고정판과 그 고정판과 대향되게 이격 배치되고 플럭스 핀(flux pin)이 돌출 형성된 핀 플레이트(pin plate)를 평행하게 탄성 지지하는 복수의 스프링이 핀 플레이트 상면의 가장자리에 대칭되도록 배치되는 구성을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 핀 플레이트의 상하 유동시 핀 플레이트의 틸트 현상이 억제되어 플럭스 돗팅이 균일하게 이루어 질 수 있으므로, 반도체 장치의 신뢰성 및 반도체 제조공정의 생산성이 향상된다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A remote controller having hot keys of a touch screen type and a control method thereof are provided to have a touch screen for implementing special functions of each equipment, thereby effectively controlling each equipment with hot keys without inconvenience caused by narrowed button intervals and a large-sized remote controller. CONSTITUTION: An equipment selecting button(11) generates a key signal for displaying a hot key screen being displayed hotkeys for implementing special functions of each equipment. A touch screen(20) displays the hot key screen corresponding to predetermined equipment stored in a memory(40) according to the key signal generated from the equipment selecting button(11), and generates a coordinate signal corresponding to a location of a hotkey icon touched by a user. A microcomputer(30) perceives the key signal generated from the equipment selecting button(11) and the coordinate signal inputted from the touch screen(20). The microcomputer(30) implements a function selected by a user in a remote controller according to perceived information, or outputs control data to be transmitted to equipment. A transmission unit(50) converts the control data into an optical signal, and transmits the optical signal to the equipment.

PURPOSE: A solder ball ejection apparatus for a semiconductor package is provided to be capable of replacing a damaged ejection pin alone with a new ejection pin for reducing economic loss and fabrication cost. CONSTITUTION: A solder ball ejection apparatus for a semiconductor package is provided with the first block(210) having a connecting hole formed at the lower surface(211), the second block(220) located at the upper portion of the first block, the third block(230) having a fixing hole(233) formed at the lower portion and a plurality of through holes(234), and a plurality of ejection pins(240) inserted into each through hole and the fixing hole. Preferably, one end portion of the ejection pin has a cross sectional area larger than the inner cross sectional area of the through hole, and the same height as the fixing hole.
