Abstract: A cleaner of a cleaning part in a sorting apparatus with sponge is provided to clean even the fine resin powder remaining on a mold surface of a substrate strip by making sponge come in contact with the mold surface. Sponge(10) comes in contact with a mold surface of a semiconductor chip package absorbed by a unit picker, having a plurality of first holes(11) vertically penetrating the sponge. The sponge is installed in a cleaner body(20) formed in the same position as the first holes. The cleaner body includes a plurality of second holes(21) connected to the first holes such that the second holes have a one-to-one correspondence with the first holes. The cleaner body further includes a third hole(22) which is positioned under the second holes to interconnect the second holes. A water supply unit(30) supplies water to the first holes of the sponge, connected to the third hole. The diameter of the first hole is greater than that of the second hole.
