Abstract: A printing system and a printing setting method thereof are provided to enable a user to select printing setting information of an overlapped function clearly according to priority application information of the printing setting information when a printing setting function received from an application program is overlapped to the printing setting function received from a printer driver. A printer driver(13) generates printing setting information by disabling printing information set by a user interface(18) among printing information set by an application program(11) and the user interface when the printing information set by the application program is prior to the printing information set by the user interface. Abstract: A user terminal device having a spooling control function and a control method thereof are provided to determine advance of a printing job according to a spooling time, selected by a user or predetermined setting, of printing data stored in a spooler by a user. A spooling part(140) spools the printing data and a monitoring part(170) monitors an image forming device(200). An image forming device driver(130) compares the time storing the printing data of the spooling part with the current time and determines printing of the printing data according to a comparison result if the monitoring part confirms an available state of the image forming device. The monitor part is a smart card or a language module. The image forming device driver provides a user interface for receiving the spooling time from the user. The image forming device driver deletes the printing data if the inputted time is over the spooling time, and advances the printing job for the printing data if not.
