전기에너지 생성소자에 관한 기술이 개시(disclosure)된다. 일 실시 예에 있어서, 전기에너지 생성소자가 개시(disclosure)된다. 상기 전기에너지 생성소자는 적어도 하나의 압전물질, 상기 압전물질의 일면에 배치되는 제1전극 및 상기 압전물질의 타면에 배치되는 제2전극을 포함하며, 상기 압전물질은 외력에 의하여 좌굴(buckling)되어 기계적에너지를 전기에너지로 변환한다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A woolen fabric type energy collection device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to efficiently transfer electrical energy created with fiber to a storing circuit by separately arranging a first electrode and a second electrode on the surface of the fiber. CONSTITUTION: Fabric is woven with a plurality of threads. Fiber creates electrical energy with deformation due to external force. The fiber comprises first fiber and second fiber. The first fiber and the second fiber create electrical energy having different polarity. A first electrode(120) and a second electrode(130) are separately arranged on the surface of the fiber. A storing circuit(140) is electrically connected with the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode is arranged at one side of the weft. The second electrode is arranged at one side of the warp.

PURPOSE: A micro-lens, a method for fabricating the micro-lens, and a light unit including micro-lens are provided to form at least one micro-lens by hardening a second liquid. CONSTITUTION: At least one first liquid droplet is formed on a substrate(110). A second liquid is arranged on the substrate and the first liquor droplet(120). The second liquid hardens. A least one first micro lens is formed(130).
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A touch screen system is provided to detect a capacitance change between an upper electrode and a lower electrode by touched pressure, thereby providing coordinates of a touched spot. CONSTITUTION: Upper electrodes(122) cross lower electrodes(102). Dielectric substances are interposed between the lower electrodes and the upper electrodes. A detecting circuit unit(150) is connected to the lower electrodes and the upper electrodes. The dielectric substances extract the location of a touch spot and information about the touch pressure.
