PURPOSE: A method for preparing an aqueous acrylic adhesive is provided to prepare an adhesive with high adhesive properties and heat resistance since plate-like silicate is uniformly dispersed in an aqueous emulsion adhesive. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an aqueous acrylic adhesive comprises the steps of: preparing a clay dispersion by mixing clay and surfactants into distilled water; preparing a pre-emulsion by mixing surfactant with a monomer mixture consisting of 2-ethylhexylacrylate, n-butylacrylate, methylmethacrylate, and acrylic acid; and mixing the pre-emulsion and an initiator into the clay dispersion and polymerizing the resultant.

PURPOSE: An impregnated liner board to replace the face or the back of a tego plywood and a tego plywood using thereof are provided to improve physical properties of the plywood, and to reduce manufacturing cost. CONSTITUTION: An impregnated liner board to replace the face or the back of a tego plywood and a tego plywood using thereof include a liner board in which a water-soluble phenol resin is impregnated. The liner board is formed with multiple layers of either KOCC, KOCC pulp, or AOCC. The tego plywood is manufactured by heating a center plate, the liner board, and a tego film at a Thermosonic temperature of 110~150 deg C, and thermally presses for 4 minutes.

본 발명은 유연성이 우수한 폴리에스터 수지 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 구체적으로는 우레탄 폴리올과 폴리카보네이트디올을 반응시켜 우레탄 변성 폴리카보네이트 폴리올 합성하고, 말단에 카르복실기가 있는 폴리에스터 프리폴리머 합성 후 고온에서 상기 2개 고분자를 축합 중합 반응을 통해 우레탄 변성 고탄성 폴리에스터 수지를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 우레탄 변성 폴리카보네이트 폴리올을 제조하는 단계; 양 끝단에 카르복실 그룹으로 구성된 폴리에스터 프리폴리머를 합성하는 단계; 및 상기 우레탄 변성 폴리카보네이트 폴리올과 상기 폴리에스터 프리폴리머를 축합 및 중합 반응시켜 우레탄 변성 폴리카보네이트 폴리올을 포함하는 폴리에스터 수지를 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 고탄성 폴리에스터 수지의 제조방법을 제공한다.
