Abstract: PURPOSE: A solid oxide electrolyte and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to enlarge the electrolyte rage inside a fuel cell, by decreasing the electron conductivity of a ceria base electrolyte. CONSTITUTION: A solid oxide electrolyte using a cerium ion contains a metal ion with the higher reduction force than the cerium ion to decrease the concentration of electrons capable of moving inside the electrolyte. A manufacturing method of the solid oxide electrolyte comprises the following steps: forming an electrolyte layer using the cerium ion; and adding the metal ion to the layer.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A reconstitution type processing array structure creation method is provided to effectively create an extended reconstitution type processing array structure by acquiring information for data dependency. Abstract: PURPOSE: A medium composition for selecting Salmonella Typhimurium is provided to enhance selectivity of Salmonella Typhimurium and to reduce false positive result. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for selecting Salmonella Typhimurium contains D-arabinose. Abstract: PURPOSE: A medium composition for distinguishing E.coli O157:H7 is provided to detect damaged O157:H7. CONSTITUTION: A medium composition for selecting and detecting E.coli O157:H7 contains beta-D-gentaobiose and 0.35-0.65 g/L of bile salt without antibiotics. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing silica nano-wire includes the following: A target is arranged in a reaction chamber. A precursor with a heteroleptic structure is supplied into the reaction chamber. The chemical formula of the heteroleptic structure is SiA_2B_2, and the A and the B are different functional groups. Oxygen-containing gas is supplied and is preferentially reacted with either of the A or the B. The intermediate from the reaction of the precursor and the oxygen-containing gas is grown on the surface of the target. The A is amine group, and the B is hydrogen group.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for preparing fluorescent mammalian cells for analyzing single cells is provided to identify stochasticity. CONSTITUTION: A fluorescent mammalian cell for analyzing single cells signaling contains gene encoding activator protein, fluorescence protein, and selection marker. The gene encoding the activator protein is Gal4-Elk1. The selection marker is an antibiotics-resistant gene. A method for preparing the fluorescent mammalian cell(Jurkat) comprises: a step of preparing a plasmid encoding the slection marker and activator; a step of preparing a plasmid encoding the fluorescence protein and selection marker; a step of transforming the plasmids to cells and selecting cells which are stably transformed; and a step of diluting the cells in single cells and culturing the single cells.
