    Abstract: 본발명은분쇄된커피분말과물이혼합된액상혼합체에레이저빔을조사하여상기액상혼합체로부터커피를추출할수 있는레이저를이용한커피추출장치및 추출방법에관한것으로서, 상방이개방된용기형상으로형성된수용부에분쇄된커피분말과커피용수가혼합된액상혼합체를수용하는단계와, 상기수용부의상방에이동가능하게설치된레이저부가이동하면서상기수용부에수용된상기액상혼합체에레이저빔을조사하는레이저스캐닝(Scanning)으로상기액상혼합체로부터커피원액을추출하는단계및 상기레이저빔에의해추출된상기커피원액을여과부의여과필터에통과시켜상기커피원액에혼합된상기커피분말의찌꺼기를걸러내고커피만통과시키는여과단계를포함하고, 상기커피원액을추출하는단계에서, 상기레이저스캐닝의속도를조절하여상기레이저빔에의해추출되는상기커피원액의농도및 성분을조절할수 있도록, 상기레이저빔을조사하는상기레이저부의이동속도를제어하는단계를포함할수 있다.

    Abstract: A coating material having remarkably improved corrosion resistance in comparison with existing Al2O3, Y2O3 crystalloid coating materials and Al-Y-O and Al-Zr-O based ceramic amorphous coating materials, a method for preparing the coating material, and a coating method using the same are disclosed. The ceramic coating material according to an embodiment of the present invention satisfies the following chemical formula: Y2xZr1-xOx+2. The x is 0.19-0.83 and, more desirably, a composition ratio of the x is 0.35-0.69. According to the present invention, the coating material for a chamber of vacuum plasma processing equipment and the internal components, capable of improving the corrosion resistance of a protective coating film in a ceramic coating process and extending the service life of the components, can be prepared.
