Abstract: 본발명은 PDMS(폴리디메틸실록산)-CaO링구조물및 PCL(폴리카프로락톤) 막을포함하는산소발생스캐폴드및 이의제조방법에관한것으로, 본발명에따른산소발생스캐폴드를이용하면췌도의피막화로인해산소공급이원활하지못해발생하는세포사멸및 괴사로췌도세포의기능이상실되는것을극복할수 있으며, 췌도의생존율과글루코스자극에대한인슐린분비기능을향상시킬수 있다. 아울러, 시스템이단순하며, 췌도를옆면을통해주입함으로써췌도의외부소실을방지할수 있어, 그위험성이비교적낮다. 따라서, 바이오인공췌도를이용한당뇨병치료등 생명의학기술분야에서널리활용될수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A capsulated pancreatic islet for transplantation is provided to effectively treat diabetes without immune rejection and to minimize transplantation volume. CONSTITUTION: A capsulated pancreatic islet comprises: a step of isolating pancreatic islet cells from langerhans source; a step of dispersing the isolated pancreatic islet cells into biocompatible polymer solutions; a step of centrifuging the pancreatic cells dispersed in the solution and removing air bubbles; and a step of capsulating the pancreatic islet cells using an air-driving capsulation device. The biocompatible polymers are alginate. The langerhans source is a pig. A composition for treating diabetes contains the capsulated pancreatic islet cells.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供用于移植的封闭胰岛,以有效治疗糖尿病而无免疫排斥,并尽量减少移植体积。 构成:封装的胰岛包括:从胰岛源分离胰岛细胞的步骤; 将分离的胰岛细胞分散到生物相容性聚合物溶液中的步骤; 将分散在溶液中的胰细胞离心并除去气泡的步骤; 以及使用空气驱动封装装置封装胰岛细胞的步骤。 生物相容性聚合物是藻酸盐。 朗格汉斯来源是猪。 用于治疗糖尿病的组合物包含封装的胰岛细胞。
