    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polyamide resin is provided to manufacture a polyamide resin with improved heat resistance by improving the increase of a heat decomposition temperature while water absorption is maintained. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a polyamide resin comprises a step of manufacturing a reactant by the reaction of a monomer including 2-pyrrolidone and a quaternary ammonium halide; and a step of polymerizing the reactant while carbon dioxide is supplied to the reactant according to the reaction step. In the chemical formula 1, each of R1-R3 is a C1-C5 alkyl group; and X is an alkali metal atom.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyamide resin is provided to enhance heat resistance and spinning processability by inducing thermal decomposition temperature and degrading dissolution point. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyamide resin comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixture by mixing monomers including 2-pyrrolidone with alkaline catalyst ; and polymerizing the monomers by mixing the mixture with acyl based initiator. The polyamide resin is a homopolymer including 2-pyrrolidone in a polymerized form, or a copolymer including 2-pyrrolidone and C5-7 lactam in a polymerized form. In the first step, the alkaline catalyst is mixed in 2.5-9 parts by mole based on 100.0 parts by mole of the monomer including 2-pyrrolidone.
