    Abstract: PURPOSE: A drug delivery material and a manufacturing method of a hydrogel using thereof are provided to secure a volume-phase transition sensitive with the temperature and pH, and to improve the swelling behavior of an acidic condition. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hydrogel using a drug delivery material including a recurring unit marked as chemical formula 2 comprises the following steps: synthesizing a polyamino acid precursor by a condensation polymerization of an amino acid monomer; reacting the polyamino acid precursor with a hydrophobic or an amphoteric alkylamine compound and polymer; synthesizing a temperature and pH responsivity copolymer by grafting a hydrophilic amino alcohol compound to the reaction product from the previous step; and manufacturing a biodegradable polymer by adding a cross-linking agent to the copolymer.
