PURPOSE: A temperature compensation circuit and a device including the same are provided to always have constant operation characteristics regardless of the change of temperature by including the temperature compensation circuit. CONSTITUTION: A temperature compensation circuit(100) includes a voltage supply, a first transistor(101), a first current mirror(111), a first resistance(103) and a second resistance(104). The first transistor changes an output current in proportion to temperature. The first current mirror is connected to an output terminal of the first transistor and a current supply. The first resistance is connected between an output terminal of the first current mirror and a ground terminal. The first resistance controls the current flowing in the first current mirror.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A transmission leakage signal removing apparatus and method thereof are provided to simply remove a leakage signal on all frequency bands in an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) system. CONSTITUTION: A circulator(110) applies a second transmission leakage signal which is reflected from an antenna of a first transmission leakage signal which is leaked from a transmission signal. A removing unit(130) generates a removing signal having a first transmission leakage signal and a second transmission leakage signal through the transmission signal. A phase controller(140) controls the phase of the first transmission leakage signal and the second transmission leakage signal. The phase controller generates a phase control leakage signal having a phase of the removing signal.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: An apparatus for removing a transmission leakage signal is provided to improve a recognition rate of a tag by using a real time adaptive method for the removal of a transmission leakage signal. CONSTITUTION: A circulator(110) connects an antenna including a phase control offset unit(130) to a transmission path and a reception path. A removing unit(150) outputs a leakage removing signal(30) to the reception path. The leakage removing signal has the same as first and second transmission leakage signals(10,20) and includes a phase signal opposite to the first and second transmission leakage signals. The first transmission leakage signal is generated in the transmission path, and the second transmission leakage signal is reflected from the antenna.

본발명은 RFID(radio frequency identification) 리더기에서송신누설신호를제거하는장치및 방법에관한것이다. 송신누설신호제거장치는위상조절용오프셋부를포함하는안테나와송신경로및 수신경로를연결하는서큘레이터또는방향성결합기, 상기송신경로및 수신경로에연결되고, 상기송신경로에서발생하여상기수신경로로유입되는제1 송신누설신호및 상기안테나에서반사되어상기수신경로로유입되는제2 송신누설신호와동일한크기및 반대의위상신호를갖는누설제거신호를상기수신경로로출력하는제거부를포함한다. 본발명에따르면, RFID 시스템이사용되는모든주파수대역에서간단하게송신누설신호를제거할수 있다. 또한 RFID 시스템의외부환경이바뀌더라도송신누설신호를제거할수 있도록실시간적응방식을사용하여태그의인식율을높일수 있다.

본 발명은 온도의 변화에 관계없이 일정한 전류가 흐르게 하는 온도 보상 회로 및 이를 구비하는 장치를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 온도 보상 회로는, 일정한 전류를 흘려주는 전류원과 상기 전류원에 연결된 제2 전류 미러에 공통으로 연결된 온도 보상 회로에 있어서, 일정한 전압을 공급하는 전압원, 상기 전압원에 연결되어 상기 전압원으로부터 전압을 공급받으며 온도에 비례하여 출력 전류를 변화시키는 제1 트랜지스터, 상기 제1 트랜지스터의 출력단 및 상기 전류원에 연결된 제1 전류 미러, 및 상기 제1 전류 미러의 출력단과 접지단 사이에 연결되어 상기 제1 전류 미러에 흐르는 전류를 조절하는 제1 저항을 구비한다.

PURPOSE: A digital pre distorter and this signal distortion method of the pipeline of using the cord algorithm reduce the use area of the digital pre distorter by constituting the core unit and polynomial part with the form of pipeline. CONSTITUTION: A core unit(230) comprises a plurality of core blocks outputting the amplitude and phase of the digital signal. Core blocks are composed of the form of pipeline. A distorter(240) distorts the phase outputted in the core unit. Distorter comprises the register Block(240a) storing the coefficient of the inverse function of the polynomial part(240b) distorted and the signal inputted to the core unit to the amplitude inputted to the core unit and the value coping with phase with the inverse function according to the amplitude.
