Abstract:
An epoxy resin composition of the present invention uses, as a hardener for an epoxy resin, an acrylic resin obtained by polymerizing monomers comprising a compound represented by chemical formula 1, thereby having thermal expansion properties (i.e. low coefficient of thermal expansion (CTE)). Accordingly, the epoxy resin composition has improved heat resistance properties, improved high-temperature dimensional stability and processability. In other words, the epoxy resin composition of the present invention has a net structure by hardening reaction of an epoxy resin and an epoxy resin hardener, wherein the interfacial adhesion between the epoxy resin and an inorganic filler such as silica or like is increased due to a silyl group of an acrylic resin-based hardener and the packing efficiency of the epoxy resin with an organic filler is increased. Accordingly, the intermolecular attraction between main chains of the epoxy resin is increased so the free volume between the main chains is reduced. Therefore, the mobility of the main chains depending on temperature rise is restricted so the coefficient of thermal expansion is lowered, and improved dimensional stability is exhibited due to improved thermal expansion properties.

The present invention provides a black coating composition which comprises a black material, a high durability insulating metal oxide particle, a polymerizable compound, and a polymerization initiator. According to the present invention a black coating film with excellent electric conductivity and high and uniform optical density can be produced using the black coating composition. The black coating film has low dielectric properties, high resistance, high heat resistance, high chemical resistance, and high film hardness, and is capable of maintaining electric properties and matter properties regarding a post process, especially a high temperature process.

PURPOSE: A black photosensitive resin composition for a touch panel is provided to reduce the rate of change in resistance according to the change of temperatures by including graphite oxide and carbon black as a coloring agent. CONSTITUTION: A black photosensitive resin composition for a touch panel includes a coloring agent, an alkali soluble resin, a photo-polymerization compound, a photo-polymerization initiator, and a solvent. The coloring agent includes graphite oxide and carbon black. Rate of change in the sheet resistance of the composition from before to after thermal treatment at 300°C or more is 10Ω/cm^2 or less. 10-80 parts by weight of the graphite oxide is included based on 100 parts by weight of the composition(content of solid parts). 6-76 parts by weight of the carbon black is included based on 100 parts by weight of the composition(content of solid parts). The weight ratio of the graphite oxide and the carbon black is 1:3-3:1. Light shielding rate of the composition is 4.0 or more.

PURPOSE: A black photo-sensitive resin composition, a color filter, and a liquid display device including the same are provided to improve the electric insulation characteristic and the light shielding rate of the composition and to lower the dielectric constant of the composition. CONSTITUTION: A black photo-sensitive resin composition includes a coloring agent, an alkali soluble resin, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a solvent. The coloring agent includes graphite oxide and carbon black. 1-50 parts by weight of the graphite oxide are included in the composition based on 100 parts by weight of solid parts in the composition. The color filter includes a black matrix or a black column spacer which is formed by the exposure or the development of the composition on a substrate.

CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive resin composition for a column spacer contains an inorganic particle, a binder resin, a photopolymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a solvent. The inorganic particle includes an inorganic metal oxide particle with metal components selected from the group consisting of silica, alumina, titania, and zirconia .

PURPOSE: A method for forming an insulation layer comprising wax and an embedded capacitor comprising the insulation layer fabricated by the same are provided to transfer wax of a material layer to the surface of a composite. CONSTITUTION: The composite layer(400) which includes the thermosetting resin and conductive particles is formed on the first electrode. The wax insulating layer(300) surrounds the composite layer of the thermosetting resin and conductive particles. The second electrode(500) is laminated on the wax insulating layer. The soft plastic substrate or the silicon(Si) substrate of the printed circuit board is used in a substrate. Pt, Au, Ag, Pd, Cu, Ni, Cr, and Mo metal are used as the first electrode and the second electrode.
