Abstract:
본 발명은 검출 감도가 향상된, 알지네이트 매트릭스 내에 염료 및 선택적으로 레독스 화합물을 포함하는, 유해물질 검지용 필름 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 유해물질 검지 필름과 이를 포함하는 유해물질 검지 센서는 종래 유해물질 검지 센서 보다 유해물질의 유무를 인식하는 민감도가 향상된 것으로서, 저비용으로 특별한 장비 없이 사용자가 유해물질의 유무를 빠르게 인식 가능할 뿐만 아니라, 휴대가 간편하고, 다양한 온도 및 습도 환경 등의 다양한 환경에서도 사용이 가능한 장점이 있다.

PURPOSE: A UV shielding polyamide resin composition is provided to extremely restrain thread cutting, to semi-permanently impart UV-shielding performance without damages of UV shielding performance after cleaning. CONSTITUTION: A UV shielding polyamide resin composition comprises 0.01-5 parts by weight of polyethylene based ionomer, 0.01-5 parts by weight of inorganic particle, and acid salt of alkali metal. The average particle diameter is 10-900 nm. The refractivity is 1.8 or more. The refractivity difference of inorganic particle and polyamide resin is 0.3-1.7. The polyethylene based ionomer is carboxyl acid containing polyethylene based copolymer. 10-80 weight% of carboxylic acid is neutralized to metal ions. The carboxyl acid containing polyethylene based copolymer is methacrylic acid or acrylic acid containing polyethylene based copolymer. The inorganic particle is one or more selected from a group consisting of titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, ceria, zirconia, chromium trioxide, cupric oxide, iron trioxide and nickel oxide.

PURPOSE: A texturing apparatus and a method for a solar battery silicon board are provided to improve the efficiency of chemical dry etch by using first catalytic gas including oxygen, a nitrogen component and a second catalytic gas including nitric. CONSTITUTION: In a device, a texturing apparatus of a silicon substrate for the solar cell includes a chamber and a gas supply unit. A gas supply unit injects a reaction gas, first gas, and the second catalytic gas into the chamber. The gas supply unit includes the first feeding unit(120) injecting the reaction gas, a second feeding unit(130) injecting the first catalytic gas, and a third feeding unit(140) injecting the second catalytic gas. The reaction gas and the first catalytic gas which are plasma and provided to the chamber. The second catalytic gas which is not plasma is provided to the chamber.

PURPOSE: A UV-blocking polyamide resin composition is provided to have extremely restrained spinning workability, and to impart excellent dyeability and uniform dyeability at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A UV-blocking polyamide resin composition comprises 100.0 parts by weight of a polyamide resin, 0.01-5 parts by weight of polyethylene-based ionomer, 0.01-5 parts by weight of quaternary ammonium having a C8-20 alkyl group, and a C2-6 hydroxyalkyl group at the same time, and 0.01-5 parts by weight of inorganic particles having excellent refractivity of 1.8 or more, and average diameter of 10-900 nm. The polyamide resin is one or more selected from a group consisting of a crystalline aliphatic polyamide, amorphous copolyamide, and aromatic polyamide.

PURPOSE: A hybrid composite is provided to have excellent thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity and thermal stability, thereby very suitable for using as additives of electronic devices using in a super capacitor, a solar cell, a field emission device, a field effect transistor, etc. CONSTITUTION: A hybrid composite comprises a graphene sheet, carbon nanotubes, and polymeric nanoparticles, and has a self-assembled structure. A manufacturing method of the hybrid composite comprises: a step of manufacturing mixture liquid by mixing graphene sheet and carbon nanotubes to solvent; and a step of mixing the mixture liquid, a hydrophobic agent, a surfactant, and a monomer, and conducting in-situ microemulsion polymerization. Thermal and electrical conductive additives comprise the hybrid composite. A thermal and an electrical conductive film comprise the additives and a base resin.
