Abstract: PURPOSE: A solar cell having dual stresses and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve efficiency by increasing short-circuit current and open voltage. CONSTITUTION: An N type conduction region is formed in the upper part of a substrate. A first stress induction layer(130) is formed in the upper surface of the N type conduction region. A second stress induction layer(140) is formed in the lower surface of the substrate. A first electrode(160) is adjacent to the N type conduction region.
