    Abstract: PURPOSE: An HIV(Human Immunodeficiency Virus) type 1 infection step using differentially expressed pattern of interaction gene pairs is provided to effectively compare samples from each other by effectively analyzing features of each samples. CONSTITUTION: HIV type 1 generation data is inputted. Human protein - protein-protein interaction data is inputted. The inputted HIV generation data is mapped and standardized for analyzing micro array. A co-expressed score is calculated within a measurement target sample. Differential co-expressed gene pairs are selected by using the co-expressed score. The HIV type 1 inspection step of the measurement target sample is distinguished by using the selected co-expressed gene pairs.
