Abstract:
PURPOSE: An HIV(Human Immunodeficiency Virus) type 1 infection step using differentially expressed pattern of interaction gene pairs is provided to effectively compare samples from each other by effectively analyzing features of each samples. CONSTITUTION: HIV type 1 generation data is inputted. Human protein - protein-protein interaction data is inputted. The inputted HIV generation data is mapped and standardized for analyzing micro array. A co-expressed score is calculated within a measurement target sample. Differential co-expressed gene pairs are selected by using the co-expressed score. The HIV type 1 inspection step of the measurement target sample is distinguished by using the selected co-expressed gene pairs.

본 발명은 하나의 샘플 내의 개별적인 상호 작용이 있는 유전자 (또는 단백질) 쌍의 합동-발현 스코어(co-expressed score)에 기반을 두고 차등 합동-발현 유전자 쌍(differentially co-expressed interacting gene pairs, DEPs)을 이용함으로써, HIV-1 감염의 단계-특이적인 유전자 특징을 구별하며 그로 인해 HIV TYPE 1 감염 단계를 보다 명확하게 구별할 수 있는 방법에 관한 것이다.
